Our Snowflake Marketplace applications are deployed and operated within the customer’s own Snowflake environment. SCIP Solutions does not extract, copy, sell, or share customer data outside of the customer’s Snowflake account.

We may collect limited personal information such as name, email address, and business contact details for the purposes of customer support, account administration, and service communications.

Access to customer data is restricted to what is strictly necessary to provide technical support and is only performed with customer authorisation.

SCIP Solutions does not use customer data for advertising, resale, or third-party analytics.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information and comply with applicable data protection laws.
